This Kit Features a Neoprene Rubber pan gasket which insures a more effective seal free of leaks. This gasket's bolt holes are also designed to hold the pan bolts in place during re-assembly. Also we have found unlike the factory using only RTV for the pan seal. A fixed gasket creates a much better seal over RTV only. You Can still also use RTV in some points if needed / preferred.
