When making repairs, the repair shop shall use components of the same type and quality as those removed, which may include aftermarket, reconditioned, or used components. We reserve the right to request any and all maintenance/repair records pertaining to your vehicle. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage.
