Unlike some that only sell you 3 wires for your Battery, Alternator, and main Ground, our kit does a complete upgrade over your factory wiring. Each kit is hand made right here in Boise, ID. Kit includes the 6 main wire upgrades for the I6 needs. 99-04 Jeep WJ 4.0L. Battery Positive to PDC (will have to bend a 90 in to lug). Alternator Positive to Fuse (Included ANL Fuse with Holder).

Fuse to PDC Jumper (Coming from Alternator). Our wiring is a thick, 2awg welding wire; Fine Strands for best conductivity and flow of energy. Each terminal lug is pneumatically crimped on for a secure connection that won't come loose! All cables are marked for ease of installation.

Find your alternator output i. E: 90A Add 30% and round up! For example; 90 + 30% = 117, round up = 150A ANL Fuse.

You won't have any loss of power with this upgrade. Marine grade glue-lined heat shrink for a good cover that won't crack or break over time and is resistant to cuts/scratches. Cable lugs are Zinc Plated Copper, which acts as a shield to inhibit oxidation of the ends.

And our cables come with a LIFETIME Guarantee on the crimps. If they ever come apart at the lug, we fix or replace it for free!

Our kit comes with Military Style Terminals to replace your old worn out terminals.
